My room is 22'L x 14'W x 11'H and there are 3 levels of theater seating. Someone is installing my system for $800-1k cuz Im too darn scared and lazy to set it up.

I like what your going to do except for one thing. Your front three speakers are not matched. Maybe you can ebay the RBH and buy the matching Aperion bookshelf speakers and still have money left over. Or go the opposite way and buy a matching RBH center. Have you heard them together? Good luck.
