Generally, you just want to pick one from a major manufacturer which has the warranty you like/need and the lenses you need at a reasonable price to you from the Find A Projector feature on the main Projector Central website.

I would just pick the one that works for my needs the best and is fairly priced. Check the lenses they offer to ensure they have the right throw distance for your needs.
Be aware that no quality projectors these days are using the 4:3 aspect ratio or something else narrow like that. The decent ones are all 16:10 or 16:9 aspect ratio. That's the current worldwide standard. The 1.33 ratio went out about 20 years ago now.
The Throw Distance Calculator on the Projector Central website will then allow you to see what lens specifically will work for your needs for any specific model. For example...
