Topic: Blue Rectangle box at top left of image projection

We have a Viewsonic Pro8520HD projector that has worked great for us for 10 years but now we have a blue rectangle at the top left of the projected image and I don't know how to get it to go away.

If there isn't something broken internally, please try powering things off and unplugging them for a while and reconnecting things.
Otherwise, with the age of the model, it may be an internal electronics failure. Make sure that the problem isn't coming from the source by connecting another source. Also, make sure a feature like Picture In Picture isn't activated which would cause a 'window' to appear in the corner. Well that's good to hear. It was a very random guess on my part as I'm not familiar with that model, but I have seen similar over the years from PiP being on.
