Hello, I am setting up a projector I haven't used in about a year. The color appears saturated in greenish blue. I have tried resetting the picture settings and also tuning the color. I've also tried to switch the picture input format. However, the condition continues. Maybe a bad lamp component? Any input is appreciated. I could not find a lamp replacement, but perhaps it is not a serviceable item on the PA77U model.

Looks like the yellow LED has failed within the projector. Unfortunately, this is not a serviceable item. You can double check this by hooking up a laptop and going into Paint and drawing out some colors. Or, if the projector offers any internal test patterns you can look at them. YouTube may also have some calibration videos with a color grid on it. This one may be an easy one to check out... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=waUahh8DG4MAV Integrated - Theater, whole house audio, and technology consultation during the build and installation process in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. | member Joined: Dec 28, 2023 Posts: 2 |
