Hello! I want to use projector instead of tv or computer because i want to avoid digital eye strain. I should use blue cut eye glasses for watching the screen of projector or there is no need? It is more better to use blue cut eye glasses for watching the screen of projector or there is any harm in watching the screen of projector through blue but eye glasses?

If you get a projector with a traditional lamp, it will not be as heavy with blue light compared to a LED projector. LED projectors will be heavier with blue light than traditional lamp projectors.

So, it depends on what you purchase if you then want blue light filtering glasses, it is up to you.

Be aware that there is highly conflicting information about this as well...

Worth adding that OLED is supposed to emit a bit less blue light than LED lit flat panel displays, so that may be an option as well.
