Hello everyone, I want a mini projector for my personal usage and my friend suggested me to buy ViewSonic M1 mini plus pocket projector which is also wireless and LED one and want to know efficient it works before purchasing.

Any opinions are accepted.
Thanks in advance.

What is the intended usage for this product?

At a rating of only 50 ANSI lumens this is not a very bright projector and it can only handle an image of maybe 50 or 60 inches diagonal in a darkened room space. It is a long way from the 'cinematic' experience. So, if the goal is home theater, this isn't at all the right product.

Likewise, the native resolution is 854x480 (480p) which is extremely low resolution. Many portable DLP projectors have resolutions of 1280x720 (or 1280x800) or even 1920x1080. That's twice as much to four times as much resolution.

At $210 the M1 is priced properly for the quality it delivers.

For similar price you can get a refurbished AAXA P300 projector with about three times the brightness and twice the resolution. Either with integrated smart features, or just hook up your phone...

Still, none of these are designed for home theater. They are designed for 'fun'. So, treat them accordingly.
