Good morning~all

I am building an audio power amplifier by using it according tothe circuit diagram in the datasheet of LM3886TF.
At the output (to speaker), it shows DC voltage as high as psu voltage, +/_32V. I had already double… triple… checked the schematic & circuitry and found nothing wrong connected, include the grounding path.
Why? How to solve this trouble ?
Please help me out ! Give me some feasible suggestions !
