Setting up my home theater, and I want to be able to split my signal out from my reciever to either my projector or current 55" tv. I have been looking at a few 1:2 splitters on Amazon, and in general they have high reviews but there are always a bunch that list their problems.
have anyone used any good HDMI signal splitters they would recommend? | moderator Joined: Mar 28, 2005 Posts: 13,354 |
Because of build quality mostly being Chinese and various ramifications of both HDCP and EDID, the HDMI splitters can be hit or miss, with most of them working well.
I would just get one that is POWERED with decent reviews and try it out. Make sure you are using decent HDMI cables in the process. I figured that was the way to go. Most are $15-20, so not a big loss if its a dud. thanks |
