We are buying a business projector. The choice is between Epson 955w and 435w. The former is long throw. The latter is short throw.
We have no control over the rooms that we present in - so ceiling mounts are out.
3 Questions:
1. I have heard that short throw projectors work just fine when placed on a table. But is there any downside to doing this?
2. Much of the presentations we do are powerpoint with data charts. Is there a big difference in image crispness between short throw and long throw?
3. Will there be a big difference in the size of the image that can be projected?
Both projectors are new. So there isn't much info on them. Would appreciate any advice you can give. Thanks.
