Hi, I have a Panasonic PT-AE900 projector, it was working perfectly but suddenly the image turned white. Nothing can be displayed. Any ideas what can be wrong? | member Joined: Jun 11, 2007

Any number of possibilities. The first to thing to always check is, does the projector menu display? If not, the projector has failed and it's probably time to replace it. Any repairs would be too costly to consider.
If the menu does come up, try different sources and inputs. But again, if the problem is with the projector, you can send it in for a repair estimate but it is very likely that the cost will be too high. | member Joined: Dec 28, 2011

Yes, it looks like the projector failed because no menu can be displayed.
Where can I send it for a repair estimate? (preferably near the Lakeland, Florida area)
In case the cost would be too high, which projector would you recommend, the Panasonic was a pretty good one, would like something as good or better but not too expensive? Is a 3D one worth it (Like the Optoma HD33? | member Joined: Jun 11, 2007

I would either send it in to Panasonic CONTACT FOR RMA FIRST PROJECTORSUPPORT@US.PANASONIC.COM LEAWOOD KS 66224 (888)411-1996 or the repair centers listed here. http://www.projectorcentral.com/Panasonic-repair-suppliers.htmAs far as replacement recommendations, I'll leave that to the more experienced (and biased in some cases) users.
