Still in the works with carpet needing to be replaced, snack area finished, and trim between the walls and ceiling. Excuse the mess....

Nice looking Theater. I wanted to ask you what color are your walls shown in pictures 04 05 06? Thats a nice looking warm color I would be interested in painting my theater. Also where did you get your decorations shown in picture 06? When you put in your carpet, please post more pictures. I really like your choice of colors. Thanks.

Sorry you have to go clicking to look at the pictures as I'm pretty clueless when trying to post pictures.

Anyway the brown paint is Dutch Boy and I think about every paint manufacturer has a version of it (called brushed suede). Yes it gives the room a very warm feel to it and hides wall imperfections great. However if you get any kind of scuff marks on it it's very noticeable. Good news as long as you have a little left over for touch up it works well since it's not really a solid color.

The movie reel, torn matinee ticket, and popcorn display are all from Kirkland Home which are all pretty common in the malls where I live. Prices were from $19 for two items and one (think the popcorn) was $29 bucks. Cheapest prices I have seen for home theater art and I've been looking for a while. I paid $70 for what in many places would have been 150 to $200 bucks for the same thing.

P.S. Thanks for the kind words.

Cleanup on the popcorn machine takes about 5 minutes if you remind yourself to do it shortly after your movie watching.

Even if you let it sit for awhile you can clean them very well in 15 tops. It just another one of those things that completes the experience and the aroma is amazing.
