When I install my flush wall mount speakers in between the two wall studs, how should that 14.5" x 8' tall cavity be insulated.......none, fully, partially?

How much empty space do the speakers want around them?

(Probably will be Energy EAS-6W speakers).

Each speaker should come with full instructions on how much air space it needs or wants. I know some of the better in-walls are available with back boxes that go into the wall. Others I have used fiber fill with to help dampen vibration.

Other speakers I have just put in the wall with a wide open cavity for them to work with.

It really, really depends on the speaker and contacting the manufacturer is the only thing you can do.
