Does anyone have experience with burn-in on large plasmas? Manufacturers are providing "orbiting", "whitewash" to lessen the chance of this. How well does this work?
Thanks for any advice.

It works well, but if you plan to watch stagnent computer images for hours on end, then you REALLY should be considering a large format LCD display like the Sharp 45" or 65" models. LCD does not suffer from burn-in at all and can give you peace of mind on a fairly expensive product.

On the other hand, if images may be moving, or PC use is somewhat limited - an hour a day, various things on screen, you really don't have to worry a great deal about burn-in. Just be AWARE of the fact that it can happen.
