It is always helpful to list a make and model for any products you have a question about.
Kind of like saying 'my car is making a noise, what's wrong?" is pretty useless without the make and model and more specifics.

But, if you bought a CHEAP projector, not just a 'mini projector', then you likely have a bad product. Unless it is merely out of focus. If you can't get decent focus uniformity across the screen, then you should contact the manufacturer. If they aren't able/willing to help, and it was a sub-$200 product, then this is just the headache of cheap products like this. Quality Pico projectors, like those from AAXA Tech, XGimi, Nebula, and others are small, but are of good build quality and last for years.
