We (the school) received a second quote. It's moving in the right direction, but still way more then the district is willing to pay.

I do wish you luck, but school policies on buying everything new, do absolutely nothing to allow for quality b-stock available on the open market which can save thousands of dollars.

You may be fighting an incredibly useless fight against an archaic system that is unwilling to change.

Pricing new, with all top shelf gear, is going to cost a fortune. Or at least, half a fortune.

I do wish you the best of luck.

Thanks. I do appreciate all of your help and unfortunately I'm beginning to feel defeated in trying to put this project together. I was wondering if I could get your email address. I'd like to send you pictures of the most recent quote.

Maybe you'll be able to give me your thoughts and tell me what could be cut (if anything)...

Thanks
