eBay is the most typical place to sell things like this.
Barco is all about making specialized parts for specific products, then getting rid of said product so that part becomes mostly worthless. Even though it may have cost $1,000 or $5,000 or more for that custom made lens, it may only fit one or two different projectors that Barco manufactured. Projector lenses are NOT standardized in any way, so once a projector lens no longer has a projector that it fits, it becomes pretty much useless.
I would contact Barco and find out which projectors it is designed to work with, or do research on the subject, then sell accordingly.
Here is Barco's page covering the lens...https://www.barco.com/en/product/standard-zoom-high-resolution-en41
While B&H sells it for about $5,000, it would shock me if you could get much more than $1,000 on eBay.
