If you like the form factor, and the brightness was good, then you should have better results with this:https://epson.com/For-Work/Projectors/Portable/PowerLite-1781W-Wireless-WXGA-3LCD-Projector/p/V11H794120
It's a widescreen WXGA projector (1280x800 resolution) instead of XGA, so it will be similar in format to your laptop, which is good moving forward, but may not fit a portable screen that you may already have. Welcome to 2001, we are going widescreen.
The price is right, and it should actually be brighter because of the technology used (LCD vs. DLP).
XGA projectors are also out there for even less money, but don't make as much sense...https://epson.com/For-Work/Projectors/Portable/EX5240-XGA-3LCD-Projector/p/V11H720020
There's a ton on the Epson website, and it may be worth looking into the price of Epson replacement lamps, because many of them are under $100 for a factory original Epson lamp FROM EPSON. That's the best pricing in town.
