Hi Everyone, Ok here's the deal , I just spoke to Elana again and she is offering no help about the third TV. So I sopke with my state sttorny's office and I am filing a complaint Monday , She said the more the better. Anyone that would like to send me a letter" with all your info . Name , address , phone and a letter describing your issue I will fax along with mine to there office monday. I will complie everyones complaints and fax it to the state attonrys office.They will contact you . I am doing this on Monday , so please make sure to send me all your documatiom in time , date of purchase , TV make and modle , who you got it from, how much you paid and the issues you have had and response that the company has done for you if anything .
