Neither the RGB video or the S-video work, on either input. This suggests a problem with the circuit board, or a chip processing the red. Is it worth having someone look at it? AV, you mentioned that a projector of the spec is available under 1k, what are your suggestions. I use it for TV/Games more than Computing.
Thanks AV and Natja, for your inputs...Let me look into the wiring, to see if it resolves the issue...fixing the circuit board doesn't sound like a cheap option. Just to clarify, what do you mean by composite, the video cable that I'm currently using is the RGB single cable...
Question:
I have the Toshiba TLP-450 projector and the red is no longer being displayed. What is the cause and is it worth fixing? When opening the projector, all three colors seem to work, but the red is not being projected, only green and blue. Is this a lamp issue or a problem with the circuit board???
Any advise, would be greatly appreciated
