Hi, I am having a strange problem and i would appreciate any help: I have watched movies with my dvd player connected to my projector via a VGA cable without any problems until now that my projector says this: "check video cable" when i connect it with the DVD. I have changed the cable, so that is not the problem and even used another DVD player. I connect my laptop with the same cable and it works, so that is why i am puzzled. Any help and ideas appreciated. I am also planning on buying a new projector as this one is quite old. Anyone thinks that an OPTOMA HD80 will be a good improvement?
