Dear all,
I have Problem with my projector, this projector have 2 input source. input 1 is for PC desktop dell 755 and input 2 for dell d630.
the problem is ;
when we selected to input 2 ( laptop dell d630 ) the image doesnt appear to the screen. with condition our PC desktop ( input 1 ) turn off.
but when we turn on the PC desktop, image form laptop ( input 2 ) is appear to the screen.
can you give me some advice for this problem.

Dear all,
i have Projector IN2104 in my meeting room, after 1 year instalation, our projector doesnt work properly, when we connect to the source it doesnt display from Laptop or Desktop, we put projector in the cealing, and we make cabeling its about 15 meter from the projector.
we have try to fix and try many things to solve this problem, we try to make direct conenection to projector, but it have same problem.
But When we try to use Video Test Generator form extron , projector display the source. Can You Give some advice for my problem. |
