I debating between a Optoma HD65 Projector and the Mitsbushi 1500. I was wondering if any one has a compared the two. Also I know previous Optoma's had a huge throw angle. I was wondering if either one of these have less of a throw angle.
It will be projecting onto a 100" diagnal screen. sitting will be about 12 feet away, and light will be mostly controlled.
Thanks for the help
After the H31 (very good 480 pj) I bought a HD7100 which is a start up nightmare. By now I am fed up with it and consider sending it back to the store for a full refund. When this machine finally started up it had an exceptional good picture.
I saw a demo of the HD65 and was blown away what a pj a third of the size of the 7100 can now accomplish. How can a small lens and less wattage produce such a bright and accurate picture? Can technology advance that quick in just over 2 years?
No idea if reliability or start up will be an issue here but size and picture quality is awsome.
Anybody has some more feedback on this very new and small machine???
