Hi,
I saw a good deal on an Acer X1260, but the ad says 'Menu screen not working', which I take to mean that the menus do not appear on the projected screen. My question is whether the projector would be useable without menus? Could one operate it blind for instance, or can it be controlled via the usb port or the RS232 port?

my acer X1260 says that it supports 1080i but has no HDMI or DVI. when i try to connect my ps3 through a HDMI - VGA lead i bought i cannot get a picture. does any one have any idea how to achieve 1080i from this projector i would really appreciate this.
