I'm going crazy trying to fit the projected image to my wall.... I don't want such a big size of screen, and my wall (its a fire place) is just 1.4 m wide (horizontally)...beamer is just over 4 meters away....so now my picture is over 2.5m wide. The result is that I have a picture size that is, at least, one meter to wide!!!! Ajusting the resolution does NOTHING!! ( Well it help a few inches..) Oh!! And putting the beamer closer is NOT an option ( It's on a library shelve with all the wiring)...nore is building a new wall in front of the fire place.. I have moulded ceilings so getting a screen is also not an option, not to mention that we would be to close to the screen!! For me there is only one sollution....(without buying a new F..ing expensive beamer)...that is there has to be an utility that can shrink WITHOUT using the resolution... I just want black beams around my desktop!!! Is that to much to ask?? PLEASE could some body give me a tip to some piece of software; that can simply shrink my desktop to any size I set???? before I go insane! HELP !!!!
