Greetings all people.. First of all im going to tell you that im from Sweden and im not good in english so dont scream on me please.. Anyway im posting in this english forum because the forums in sweden about projector are very dead and i got no answer for 3 months there.. Now to the problem: I bought a projector from someone who bought it new 2009-01... Anyway after some month i noticed that the sharpness was very bad and the colour were like red to the left and blue to the right of the picture. Epson got 3-years warranty so ive send it in to LetMeRepair.. it took like 1 months and i got it back, they wrote that they replaced the Optical engine.. BUT they dident fix it !! i still got exactly the same problem with the picture..Anyway i called Epson again and explained that they dident fixed it.. so they told me to send it to LetMeRepair again !.. so i did it and i wrote a note "What the problem was and how to see it easy to, i even called LetMeRepair by phone and explained.... i waited 3weeks.. i got it back 2 days ago, They have change the Optical engine again!!.. anyway i tested it this weekend.. AND the problem is still there !! AAOUGHT!! BUT the sharpness is fixed! its perfect now !.. But they still dident fix the colour issue..i bought the projector 2009-08 and it was on repair all the time.. so, how many times do i need to send it in?:( Any idea what i could say to Epson? i will call them tomorrow..
