Well, a solution might be to place the projector as close to the screen as possible. With the Toshiba TDP-EX20 you get 100" picture on 60" distance. The projector can also be hung up to 30% above upper picture limit. The audible noise is about the same as for most projectors of this class (semi-portable). Another solution is to get a projector that is more powerful than you need and run it in eco-mode/low brightness mode. I tend to think that most projectors loses much color briliance in lowlight/silent-mode, but if your meeting room is normally lit with some daylight you will probably not notice that.
