Hi
I have a Epson EMP-TW700 projector, and I'm wondering if it would be ok turn it sideways? Meaning to rotate it 90 degrees. I want the image to be turned so that the usual left and right sides of the image, will be facing up and down.
I'we heard somewhere that turning projectors on their side might cause problems, so I wanted to check before I do so :)

Hi,
I am new to this. I just purchased an Epson TW-700 projector. Since it will be ceiling mounted, I prefer to leave the lens cover off all the time because I am not tall enough to reach for the cover every time I want to use it.
I am wondering if I could add a filter (film may do as well) on this lens to isolate dust getting into the lens?
Any filter to suggest? Polorised? UV? or other?
Thanks! |

Hi
I know hdmi-dvi cables can be found anywhere, but I'm looking for a white one, which seems almost impossible to find
Anybody know where I can get this??

I have just bought my 1st projector.
Looking for some advice on how connect all my 'components' up so I dont have to change over cables all the time.
Components are;
Epsom projector
PS3
Foxtel IQ digital TV box
Masuda TV (CRT only one set of yellow white red cables)
My main problem being - I cant afford a sounds system at the moment so I need to beable to play PS3, Foxtel TV through the projector while having the sound for the program/game/dvd playing on the projector come through my old tvs speakers.
Be great if someone could let me know on the best way to go about this.. as Im keen to get this going as soon as!!

Hi guys.
Got an Epson TW700. While on the blue default background screen if I turn the PJ completely out of focus there are noumerous bright green fluorescent spots on the screen. They have no certain shape, or size and they are all around. If i turn the PJ in focus they are not visible.
A friend of mine has an Epson TW 600 and he has the same "problem" only in his case a couple of the spots are so big that when the PJ is in focus you can see vague smudges on the screen, even when you watch a movie.
To add to the above my previous PJ was a NEC VT 57, which if Im not mistaken uses Epson panels. There the problem was as intense as my friends.
It seems to me that it must be a production fault. Any suggestions? |
