Topic:   Which cable would prove best in image quality?

Hello! I'm new to the forums and I'm excited to receive some feedback on my set-up. I've recently purchased a Dell 1800mp projector from a friend and I wish to connect it with my EVGA 8600GT video card. My video card has 2xDVI-I outputs as well as a "HDTV-7" (EVGA's HDTV(Mini-DIN)cable with 7 pins) The projector itself will accept (as stated by Dell.com): VGA Input: Two 15-pins VGA connectors (Blue), 'VGA-A In & VGA-B In', for analog RGB/Component, HDTV input signals Video Input: One S-Video, one Composite Video (RCA-Yellow) RS-232 port: One mini-DIN 6-pins USB port: One USB slave for remote mouse support. My question is, what cable selection would prove the best for image quality and color correctness? I hope I've provided enough information to solve this dilemma, if not I will be checking back often and post-accordingly. Thank you so very much in advance!
