when I turn on the projector my screen is divided into 3 parts. top and bottom bit are in dark areas u still can see the screen but it's got a dark layout over and the middle bit is fine as it should be. I replaced the lamp as I thought that was the problem but it still comes up. Help plz.

Hi everyone, I'm having a couple problems with my projector. First of all whenever I connect my projector to anything, I get a black strip on the left of it. It doesn't block the image but it reduces the amount of light passing through so it looks really dim. I think something is blocking it but I am not sure and I wanted to know if it is ok to open the projector up. Secondly I have this really weird problem where I get a yellow tint on the projector when it is connected to my laptop. This also happens with my desktop but it doesn't happen with the dell laptop I have. So I know for sure its not the vga cable. Anyways thanks for any help, if you need to see pictures I'll try and put some up soon.

HI there. I've just purchased a Benq MP610. I'm more than happy with it but the problem i have is that the picture is slanting off at the top on an angle - can anyone tell me why this is please. Many thanks. Matt.
