Hi there, hope I can get some help.
I have TWO dell 5100mp projectors. I would like to mount one of them upside-down so to place the projectors side by side, with lens as close to each other as possible. (the lens is positioned to extreme side of box, not centered)
Air vents seem to be from the side. Is this ok to do?
Since I have two, I'd like to try increasing the image intensity of single source, projecting simultaneously from the two onto the same screen space. I know I have seen a projector before that advertised this as a bonus feature, with correction software for playing off a pc/mac.
I have a specific reason for wanting the lenses as close together as possible, thus the question about mounting one upside down.
Anyone with an insight?
many thanks

Hi
My 5100 mp/s 12 volt out is not putting out 12 volts or 200 ma for that matter. Does anyone know if there is an internal fuse inside the case. Or does anyone have a service manual for this model?
S-video is not capable of true high definition resolution. VGA, DVI, or component video input is required to take advantage of your projector. S-video is capable of putting out only 480 lines of resolution for NTSC, and 576 lines of resolution for PAL. DVI, VGA/Component are capable of the higher 720 and 1080 lines of resolution.

I need some help. I have a Dell 5100MP connected to a Yamaha receiver (RXV757). What is the best cabling to use...RGB or S-Video? I have been told various things from different individuals.
