Topic:   Optoma DVS10 ceiling mount

Hi, I have just purchased Optoma DVS10, fairly new to the world of projectors so please excuse my ignorance. I am aware of the fact that it's not meant to be ceiling mount but even raising it above 6" to mount on the wall gives a serious angle to the picture. at 50 keystone it does correct almost to a 16:9 image but there is an side glow that goes beyond the 106 draper luma screen. Can some how the image be reversed like in other ceiling mount projos? Any other advice that you subject matter expert can give to overcome the keystone? The room is 15.5 and this is the only projo with such a short throw distance. (106" screen)(not to mentions the price range limit!!) Thanks in advance for your advice.

Topic:   Optoma MovieTime or InFocus SP4805

Hello, Im new to the forums but I have been visiting the site for quite a while now. I have tried to find a projector for the past couple weeks and have read reviews here and have finally narrowed it down to 2 options, the Optoma MovieTime DV10 or the InFocus SP4805. Both I found at Shop At Home website, lol yes I know why there? Well they give you the 106" Gray Scale Screen plus they throw in the Sub in also for the MovieTime, They also give the 100" Screen with the Infocus. So Now I want some of your opinions on what to get, I read that the InFocus SP4805 comes with the Faroudja DCDI chip and the Optoma MovieTime doesnt come with it although it is DLP Darkchip2. The InFocus is $1,299 with the 100" Screen, the Optoma MovieTime comes with the Sub and the 106" screen for $1,499. I checked Optoma's website and they sell that screen for $299 alone and $199 for the sub - Also the price for the Projector alone is about $1,400 without a screen in some places. So You can tell im leaning towards the Optoma, but I also Like that the InFocus has the inclusion of the Faroudja DCDI chip. So What do you guys think?

Topic:   Which resolution is best for me?

Is it so true that the difference between a projector for home theater and one for business is that the first is made to stay on longer with no damage, or less damage, onde that lamps are damaging as far as they are on... as I was saying, less damage than the projectors thought to go on business]
