I have recently installed a Knoll HD102 (cieling mounted and connected with component video cables to a Yamaha RXV861 receiver). I am viewing on a Draper 92" Luma screen.
I have two problems of which the first is a ground loop issue with the upward scrolling light bar. Does anyone have a suggestion on what to use at the plug in point for the projector to solve this issue? I have a dedicated plug for the projector on the ceiling.
2nd problem is a diagonal wave pattern that moves across the screen from the top right to the bottom left. This is a continuous wave and is especially noticeable during darker screen scenes. Could this be a power issue as wellor is it something different all together?
FYI - I have ordered an HDMI to DVI cable to connect the projector to the receiver. Also, I have a Denon DVD557 connected to the system via HDMI and component cables (hoping to be able to eliminate the component cables once the projector is connected with HDMI/DVI).

I recently purchased a Knoll HD102 (first projector ever) and have noticed the SDE. Didn't realize this was possible on DLP's. My projector is ceiling mounted about 13' from the screen (102" diaganol). Closest viewing distance is 9 ft. I only notice it on brightly colored images (white or yellow). Am I dreaming or is the SDE actually possible on DLP's. Any 'fixes' anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
