I am in the final stages of building a new home with a dedicated Home Theater room 18x32 3 level seating. I like the 4:3 ratio and have already purchased a 120 diag Dalite screen. However I keep bouncing around on the ideal projector. The room is painted in Darker Green shade and has isle lighting along with sconce lighting on lutron controls. Budget is not necessarily a factor but I would like to stay under $5000. I would appreciate any advice or recommendations. I have been looking at the Mitubishi 480U along with others. It seems the more popular projectors are in the 16:9 format though. Thanks for any response. |

Our customers (medical/scientific research) really like the Mitsu 450/480. Very lightweight (6.5 lbs), reasonably bright, excellent color, high contrast. |
