Hi, my color wheel lost the blue glass. I went to NEC's authorized independent site list and just called a couple of the nearest service centers. Out of 4 that I called 3 would sell the part to me. I just went with the cheapest one. The new color wheel should be here today actually. Removing and Replacing it is very simple actually. Don't be discouraged by the shop that told you they won't sell it to you-others will. -Leif
