Topic:   Where to purchase a light tunnel for an Infocus X3?
I have no problem getting Infocus X2/X3 parts. Of course, it helps that I am a service tech.(independent) I've replaced a lot of color wheels and light tunnels. The color wheels are about $150 and the light tunnels are about $50. Plus shipping of course. Currently, I am out of these but I will be placing an order for more later this week. Oh, Color Wheels don't fade. They do need to be cleaned periodically. The buildup on them will reduce your light output and contrast.
Hello - I'm looking for a light tunnel for my infocus x2. Still have them?

My projector is disassembled and read to be worked on, but i havent had experience with projectors -- is it compariable to installing parts in computers?

Topic:   HD on an Infocus X2 using an XBOX 360

I have recently purchased an XBOX 360 Elilte with HMDI out which came with an HDMI cable. I want to connect this to my Infocus X2, specs can be found here: http://www.projectorcentral.com/InFocus-X2.htm Notice my projector says it will do HD: HDTV: 720p, 1080i However looking at the user manual page 8 it says "If you are connecting the projector to HDTV sources, the projector’s M1 computer connector, labeled Computer In, should be used. Keep in mind that HDTV and progressive sources should only be handled through the projector’s computer connector. You can also use an M1 to Component adapter (available as an optional accessory) to connect a progressive source’s component connectors to the projector." However this mentions nothing about HDMI. Will an HDMI to M1 connector work in High Definition?? I've read in order for this to work the projector must support HDCP however I can find nothing about HDCP in the user's manual and there are conflicting reports as to whether or not the projector supports it on the Internet. In short - Will this work or not? Please help! Thanks all.

Topic:   Problems With Infocus X2 Color Wheel

Sheridan-- I've seen on a number of forums that you sell replacement X2 light tunnels. I just acquired in a batch of surplus (I own a hardware repair/refurb/surplus center) two dozen X2 projectors, many of which are exhibiting the yellow banding that is symptomatic of a bad light tunnel. I'd like to purchase a bulk lot (probably at least ten pieces) of light tunnels off of you. Can you contact me for pricing? ryandc - at - gmail.com

Topic:   Infocus X2, Inputs not working, blue screen only

My Projector has mysteriously started acting out on me and I am wondering if anyone has thoughts or ideas. The Infocus X2 powers on as usual, shows startup logo and then blue screen (all typical). However I dont get an video from any of the sources. I have tried Both the S-Video Input and Basic AV Video in with a known working source and don't get anything more than a blue screen. Anyone seen anything like this before?
