I have recently been having problems with my projector shutting down randomly. And now it wont even light. "Lamp failed to strike." I got a new bulb thinking the original was dead (3 years old) but that didnt help either. I really don't want to spend 3 grand on a new projector so any help i would greatly appreciate.
I have an InFocus LP815 that we're using in a gallery setting (running unattended 7-10 hours/day). Recently, it started forgetting its brightness/contrast/color settings when it's powered off at night, and reverting to the factory defaults in the morning. Is there a NiCd battery that I can replace (the manuals don't mention any), or something else anyone can suggest checking? Thanks.
