Plus-Vision Corporation is not an option. See below for our whole story. We’ve owned a Lightware L1020Plus for quite a number of years and would like to continue to use it for presentations. Plus Vision Corp has serviced it for us in the past and has been generous with pro-bono gifts in kind of service and even hardware support. Our motherboard is apparently now in need of replacement and, unlike in the past, they have no spare motherboard for this model that they can gift to us. Though it’s an older model, we’re somewhat vested in keeping it because the current bulb has many hours left in it and we have a spare bulb (that we paid over $400 for 5 years back or so).
