Hi!
I've recently bought a HP vp6120 and now I'm on the installing phase! :)
I've came across a wireless video transmitter, that would cut lots of cable puzzling.
Do you have experienced these kind of transmitters?
I'm quite concerned with video delay, loss of picture quality and interference with wireless LAN!
Thanks for your counseling.
Regards,
Rui Gramacho |

As a general rule of thumb most of the Xbox games are not designed to display at such big diagonals. When you display content that was made for a TV on a large scale you get artifacts that reduce the overall experience. Having said that there are a few things you can do to make the experience really worth attending.
Use component cables and a High Def pack
Select a high quality projector which can perform according to the environment
It is best to display from 80 – 100 inches worst case @ 120 no more than that. (Recommended would be 90)
Use the following formula to calculate the nearest seating positions: Seating positions = Diagonal distance of screen x 3
(Ex if I have a 120 inch screen which is approximately 2 meters I would need 2 x 3 = 6 meters distance from the screen)
Use an NTSC console with an NTSC game. NTSC consoles provide high definition display which greatly enhances the image.
Last and most important a soon as everything is setup calibrate the display (Colors, brightness, contrast etc)
I use the HP 6120 (Now i think its 6121) and it works great. |
