I am an instructor for a major software company. The Proxima DP6500x projectors we use in our classrooms are dropping like flies. We have had issues with Proxima projectors elsewhere in the company as well. Any suggestions for a suitable replacement that is 2500 lumens, supports XGA, and will mount on the ceiling would be greatly appreciated!

Does anyone know of the service code for the DP-6500x, LP650 InFocus/Proxima projectors?
Yes, obviously for out of warranty units. But having the counter-reset procedure would be nice too.
