Hi All, I have a Sanyo PLC-XP40 Projector that has had two new lamps fail in less than 6 months. (<3 months per lamp) The lamps were purchased from electrified.com with the following description: “NEW - OEM EQUIVALENT LAMP FOR THE FOLLOWING MOD SANYO 610-293-5868 - PART 9940” Is it possible that these lamps are really this bad or is my projector possibly burning out lamps prematurely? The original lamp that came with the projector lasted around 5 years. I am obviously reluctant to purchase any more lamps until I can figure out what is going on. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Scott
